No, we do not charge for the initial site visit. This is your opportunity to share your ideas about your lawn or landscape project, ask questions and learn more about us.

+ Are contracts required for lawn maintenance?
No, we do not require contracts. However, we do require a Service Agreement. It's a simple agreement between us and you that states the frequencey of visits and services we will provide for you and the monthly amount you will be charged. The agreement may be cancelled anytime with a 30 day written notice.
+ Can I pick my lawn maintenance day?
Mostly likely not. We handle all maintenance properties from Tuesday through Friday. Each day we are in specific area of town. But if there is a day you would perfer, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
+ What is the wait time from quote acceptance to installation?
Typically the wait time is 2 weeks. However, during early Spring and early Fall the wait time could be longer. The weather is also a huge factor that requires us to re-schedule maintenance and installation time and dates.
+ Can you work within a certain budget?
Absolutely! Working within a given budget is very important to most homeowners. Typically we work with budgets from $2,000 to $25,000 and above. No job too small or too big.
+ What forms of payments do you accept or do you offer financing?
We accept all major credit cards, personal or business checks or cash. Unfortunately, we do not offer financing at this time. But check back often because we are always introducing new services and products.
+ How do I pay my invoce or make deposit for your services?
We send out lawn maintenance invoices by e-mail on the 1st of every month with the balance being due on receipt. With landscape installations we require a deposit, usually 1/2 of the total amount and must be received 10 days before the work date with the remaining balance due on completion day.
+ What discounts do you offer?
All clients with Service Agreements receive a 10% discount on any other services and products not included in their agreement. We also offer monthy discounts on many servies and products. Please visit our Specials page.
+ Can I pre-pay for my services and is there a discount for doing so?
Yes, you can pre-pay your entire serive agreement and in doing so you will receive a 5% discount.
+ Do you have a referral program?
Yes we do. When your refer us a new client and they starts a new lawn Service Agreement with us, you will receive a $25.00 in credit on your next invoice AND your referral will also receive a $25.00 credit. It's that simple.
+ How often will my yard be mowed?
We mow on a weekly basis starting the 1st week of March and continue until the end of November. During the months of December, January & February we will continue to mow bi-biweekly.
+ What other services do you provide?

+ Do you repair sprinklers?
Yes we do. We typically test your irrigation syatem once a month and make necesssary adjustments for proper watering and preventing water waste. If repairs are needed you will be notified of the cost or if you've made prior arrangements with us we will repair when tested.
